Next to the house there is a private terrace that leads to the the VIP pool, additionally you can have a cozy outdoor picnic in a private gazebo near your home. Guests have access to a common barbecue area and private pool. It consists of: Ground floor: living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower. First floor: 2 bedrooms with spacious and large balconies and bathroom. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, safe, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, etc.
